Begin with a 30-minute one-on-one consultation, either virtually or at our Rockville office. You’ll get the chance to meet Dr. Zeki, share your concerns, and explore whether this model aligns with your healthcare goals.
Enrollment and Records Coordination
Once you decide to move forward, we assist you with membership enrollment and gather your previous records. This ensures that Dr. Zeki has a complete view of your medical history before your first visit.

Your Comprehensive Annual Wellness Visit
After records are reviewed, you’ll have your first in-depth appointment. This annual wellness visit typically lasts 1.5 to 2 hours and includes a detailed history, physical exam, and on-site lab work. You’ll leave with a custom care plan and clear next steps.
